Glass, housing and mounting
A clean face.
A secure fit.
Custom Ø52 mm cover glass with anti-reflection coating, framed by a smooth gloss black bezel. A compact nylon body sits behind the panel.
Custom glass, less reflection.
The 1.8-inch IPS touch display sits beneath a custom 52 mm laminated cover glass. Its AR coating is designed to reduce reflections, while the gloss bezel gives the face a clean edge.
Cover glass Ø52 mm · Bezel Ø54.8 mm
Clamped from behind.
For a flat panel, the sleeve slides over the body and the threaded nut holds it against the back of the panel. Different sleeve lengths suit different panel thicknesses.
5.3 mm in front · 18.5 mm behind · Ø60 mm clamp nut
Check the space.
The current design uses a nominal 52 mm hole and a 54.8 mm outer bezel. Allow 18.5 mm behind the panel for the housing, plus clearance for plugs and cable bends. The clamp nut needs 60 mm of diameter behind the panel.
Choose the mounting method.
The rear clamp suits flat panels approximately 1.9–7.8 mm thick and needs access from behind. Suitable pod cups use O-ring retention instead. Check the pod's internal diameter and depth before fitting.
Renders show the housing design, not measured optical performance. Mounting-kit contents will be confirmed before orders open.
Eight looks, every page.
Pick a look, then choose each page's layout and readings. Change the colours, add a photo or your car's name, or take a page apart in Studio.

Or design your own.
Start from a blank face in Gauge Studio and build it piece by piece. This tutorial makes Midnight GT, a full race gauge, with every step shown and explained.
Try your setup now.
Gauge Studio runs the gauge's own software in your browser. Pick your ECU, build your pages and save the setup file. It loads straight onto your gauge when it arrives.

Questions
Which ECUs work?
Haltech Elite and Nexus, MaxxECU, ECUMaster EMU Black and rusEFI/uaEFI have built-in profiles, written from each maker's CAN documents and being checked on real cars before the first batch ships. Link G4X and G5 work through the Generic Dash stream, which is experimental for now. MoTeC, AEM and any other ECU that broadcasts on CAN work through custom values or a DBC file. See compatibility.
Does it need a dash or another module?
No. It connects straight to your ECU's CAN bus and works on its own.
What does the anti-reflection coating do?
The custom Ø52 mm cover glass has an anti-reflection coating to reduce reflections on the display. It is not a glare-free guarantee: visibility still depends on lighting and mounting angle. We'll publish measured brightness and daylight testing before orders open.
Is 52 mm the screen size or the mounting size?
The cover glass is 52 mm in diameter, and the gauge is designed for a nominal 52 mm mounting hole. The active display is 1.8 inches; the outer bezel is 54.8 mm. Allow room for the bezel, rear clamp and wiring. See the fitting guide.
Can it read analogue sensors?
Not on its own. Everything comes from your ECU over CAN. If your ECU reads a sensor, the gauge can show it. The Sensor Hub (in development) will add your own sensors, outputs and older K-line cars.
